北京中医医院肾病科

肾病科是国家及北京市中医药管理局重点专科，有50多年历史，设有国家级名老中医张炳厚工作室及博士后工作站。有高级职称医生10名，制订了一整套具有中医特色的治疗急、慢性肾衰，糖尿病肾病，慢性肾炎，肾病综合征，泌尿系统感染、紫癜性肾炎、尿酸性肾病等疾病的诊疗方案，特别难治性肾病综合征，再发性泌尿系感染、糖尿病肾病、慢肾衰等疗效显著。我科开展中药灌肠、结肠灌洗、中药药浴、腿浴、中药熏蒸、离子导入、穴位敷贴、针灸等多项中医特色疗法，针对终末肾衰还开展了血透、灌流、血滤、腹透等治疗。

The Department of Nephrology is one of the key clinical disciplines of Beijing administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the State Administration of TCM. The department was established 50 years. We have a Studio and post-doctoral workstation for the old famous TCM doctor Zhang Binghou.  We owned 10 chief physicians or deputy chief physicians. We formulated sets of treatment programs which embodied characteristic of Chinese medicine, such as the treatment of acute and chronic renal failure, diabetic nephropathy, acute and chronic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, the infection of urinary system, Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis and hyperuricemia kidney damage. We are good at in using Chinese medicine to treat refractory nephrotic syndrome in the conditions such as hormone-dependent, hormone resistance and immunosuppressive therapy is invalid. We are also good at in treating chronic renal failure, diabetic nephropathy and complexity of urinary tract infection by Chinese medicine, and have accumulated remarkable curative effects. We are good at in using TCM treatment methods such as enema therapy, colon dialysis, Chinese herbal bath, herbal fumigation, acupuncture applicator, acupuncture and so on to treat kidney disease. We have also carried out the hemodialysis, hemoperfusion, hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis for end-stage renal failure.
